Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service only where legally permitted. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.

TryOn.ink provides generated concepts and placement previews for exploration. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for tattooing. It is not medical advice, professional tattoo advice, or a final stencil.

A qualified tattoo artist should evaluate anatomy, skin, line weight, spacing, cover-up feasibility, healing, and long-term readability before permanent work.

You retain rights you already hold in prompts and images you submit. You grant TryOn.ink and its service providers a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You must have the rights and consent needed to upload a person’s image, artwork, logo, photograph, or other content. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material.

Subject to law and third-party rights, you may use generated output as a personal planning reference. Similar outputs may be generated for other users, and TryOn.ink does not promise uniqueness, copyright ownership, trademark clearance, or non-infringement. Obtain professional advice before commercial use.

Paid plans are recurring Stripe subscriptions billed monthly or yearly until canceled. The selected price, billing interval, credit allowance, and amount charged are shown before checkout. Credits do not have cash value and are not transferable.

You can manage or cancel through Profile → Manage Subscription. Canceling stops future renewal charges; paid access generally remains available until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• Do not attempt to bypass credits, access controls, safety systems, or rate limits.
• Do not upload sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content involving minors in an unsafe context.
• Do not use the service to impersonate, harass, defraud, or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Do not interfere with the service, scrape private areas, or introduce malicious code.

We may restrict or terminate access for security, fraud, legal, payment, or Terms violations. Features, providers, models, and credit requirements may change as the service evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that output will be uninterrupted, unique, accurate, or suitable for permanent tattooing. TryOn.ink is not responsible for decisions made by users or tattoo artists based solely on generated output. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
