Billing
Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how recurring subscriptions, cancellation, paid access, credits, and refund requests work for TryOn.ink.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Recurring billing
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Yearly plans charge the displayed annual total at the start of each yearly billing period.
How to cancel
Open Profile → Manage Subscription to use the Stripe customer portal. Canceling stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund, reversal, policy restriction, or legal requirement applies, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting the app, not using credits, or stopping use does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Refund eligibility
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after digital access begins. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, clear billing errors, unauthorized charges, paid access that was not delivered, or other exceptional circumstances.
Unused credits do not automatically create a refund right. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Requesting a review
Contact support with the account email, charge date, plan, and a short explanation. Do not send full payment-card details. Refund decisions may require verification and are returned through the original payment method when approved.
EU/EEA and other mandatory rights
Local law may provide withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, or refund rights for digital services. Where those rights apply, they override conflicting parts of this policy. Immediate access to digital features may affect withdrawal rights only where the legally required information and consent have been provided.
