Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information TryOn.ink processes when you create an account, upload an image, generate or save a tattoo reference, subscribe, or contact support.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Information we process
- Account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and profile image.
- Prompts, style choices, uploaded reference images or body photos, generated results, and designs you choose to save.
- Subscription status, plan, credits, invoice identifiers, and payment metadata. TryOn.ink does not store full payment-card details.
- Device, log, cookie, analytics, security, and diagnostic information.
- Messages you send to support.
How information is used
- Provide authentication, AI generation, virtual try-on, saved designs, credits, subscriptions, and support.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failures.
- Maintain, measure, and improve product reliability and content.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
AI images and body photos
Images and prompts submitted for generation are sent to the configured AI service provider so the requested output can be created. Depending on deployment configuration, providers may include Google AI Studio, Google Vertex AI, or another disclosed image-generation provider.
TryOn.ink returns the generated image to your session. Designs are stored in your account when you choose to save them. Avoid uploading images you do not have permission to use, and avoid unnecessary identifying or sensitive content.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting and delivery, authentication, AI processing, analytics, payments, database operations, and error/security monitoring. Stripe processes payment-card information under its own privacy terms. Google services may support authentication, analytics, or AI processing. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role.
Retention and deletion
Account, subscription, and saved-design data is kept while needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Deleting a saved design removes it from the active account database, subject to limited backup, security, or legal retention.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available in your location by contacting support. Some records may be retained when legally required.
International processing and security
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Do not send passwords or full card details by email. Contact support promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
Children and changes
TryOn.ink is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us.
Material policy changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
